Great Fast Service! Just when I needed it most! So I went for a normal bike ride a few weeks ago and decided to go on the gravel section between Hampton Court and Walton along the Thames, foolish me decided to bring no spares. Anyway this was the first time I used the path as I was on my new gravel bike. Before I had taken the road way. Unfortunately I suffered a puncture just after Sunbury Lock. The local bike shop in Walton couldn’t repair my bike as the mechanic wasn’t in on the day. I had to walk the bike 6 miles but thankfully the team at Moores could help. After a quick phone call to discuss the problem I told them what time I’ll be at the store. I arrived and they had everything set up for the puncture repair. The repair was done quickly at a high standard and the service was friendly and the price was good. Easy to recommend shop for bike repairs especially as I know demand for these services are very high at the minute so extra credit for being able to fix it on the day. Thanks! The puncture was the rear wheel of my Rock Machine CRB 900 (45 x 700c Innertube - Presta Valve) - would recommend calling the store for specific parts in advance as they only had 1 inner tube left of this size.

Bought a new bike yesterday to start cycling after many years - thought this was a friendly local bike shop so I went in to ask a few beginner’s questions and chitchat. Treated like an annoyance for not knowing what I want.
Just a quick note to say thanks to Tom who assisted me today. Made several adjustments to my new road bike, which noticeably helped with comfort and gave me a few useful pointers to boot...
