Really bad experience. I ordered ink on Thursday last week and today (Tuesday the week after) I still didn't received any delivery confirmation. I had to call the client service and hear that they forgot to deliver it .... I will not order anymore at printAbout. (reviewed also added on trustpilot)
Their cartridge doesn't work with my hp 2620 printer. Although it is advertised the work. Total scam. It printed out first 5-6 pages then the printer gave error and never worked again. The moment I ordered the original hp cartridges it started working again. Don't buy any cartridges from here. I also sent them an email asking for refund of my money they never replied to that one as well. Update: They were right I have sent to the wrong email address and they did not get my email. But now I called them and they say they can not reimburse because I already threw away the cartridge, they wanted to see the error code on the printer.
