We ordered our wedding flowers here and they were absolutely beautiful, just perfect and even more gorgeous than I could have imagined. All our guests, both in person and over Zoom, absolutely loved them and they worked wonderfully with our wintry decorations. Rebecca was amazing and so helpful and flexible regarding the changing COVID-19 restrictions. She was in contact every step of the way and really went the extra mile to make sure our flowers were perfect.

I would give them a ten rating if I could. I ordered a succulent jar from them online to be delivered to my sister's house. Since I live in Canada my only way of communication was through texting and they were so quick to respond, very helpful and just made my sister's day! Thank you

What a wonderful company. I’ve been stranded from my partner due the travel restrictions, but was able to create a bespoke arrangement over the phone and email with Rebecca. Their prices were excellent and the quality of the flowers is among the best we’ve ever experienced from a florist: very fresh, smell lovely... and healthy! A thousand thanks again to Rebecca for dealing with a stranger thousands of miles away and taking my somewhat amateur bespoke suggestions and making an anniversary gift we’ll always remember. And they were so kind! I cannot recommend this company enough.
I ordered a bouquet for a colleague who was leaving our workplace. Rebecca was friendly and helpful and able to deliver the bouquet on the specific day/time requested. Embarrassingly, I’d given Rebecca an incorrect address and so on the day she was unable to deliver the flowers as arranged. Not picking up my messages from Rebecca until a couple of hours later, she couldn’t have been more pleasant about it all. She was absolutely fine about attempting delivery of the bouquet for a second time and would not accept my offer of additional payment. It all worked out well in the end and upon receipt of the flowers my colleague described them as ‘amazing’. Having since seen a photograph I would certainly agree. The bouquet was exactly what I had asked for and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received from Flowers at Moor Street. Would definitely recommend
