Several weeks ago I booked in to the puppy training class which was commencing on 10th November. On the 8th of November I contacted Wendy to check if the training was still going ahead only to find out that it had been cancelled. If I hadn't of checked I would not have know it had been cancelled as they failed to contact me and inform me off their own accord. I was then told I would be refunded the amount I paid yet have still not received it. I have, texted and emailed Wendy several times and she has seen my message yet not bothered to respond. Whilst I can appreciate current circumstances, you still have a business to run and my first experience with Moor Dog Training has been very disappointing due to lack of communication.

Only been once so need to do full attendance the building is very cold barn for the class so wrap up.The instructor is A OK .They do all levels for obedience.
