Very poor attitude from staff. They don't seem to care at all. The customer service has gone dramatically downhill this year. Have been a regular customer since it opened. Sadly it has come to a point where I would recommend not wasting your time by going there. There are 5 other dessert shops close by I would recommend giving your hard earned cash to someone who appreciates it.

Great place for good quality desserts. Their speciality is icecream faluda and shakes. Overall good service, sitting area is little bit cramped so not suitable for big groups. If you are visiting Bradford it's a must to visit place. Lastly it's also value for money.
They have great cake but the prices are very high

The service is so bad don't bother. They make you order, tell you to wait outside and the 15 mins they say is more like 30mins. Dont waste your time. They are clueless. Staff just stand there talking to each other, there is no customer service.
