The service DOES NOT work on weekends despite their false claims. They do not have a line to be contacted either. The delivery of fresh flowers was supposed to arrive on Saturday 19th December 8am for a surprise birthday... Boy were we surprised! The flowers arrived Tuesday 22nd at 9am but we already left for the mountains so there is a CHF 150 bouquet decorating my entrance. Absolutely no point of contact. Why not simply use a real provider like DHL or Ups for urgent parcels or any other regular postal service. Don't get fooled, spend a bit more to get a real reliable service.

Excellent service all-round. After using a number of distribution services in the West London area, I finally found what I was looking for with Moon Post.
