This place is a hidden gem! Walk through the doors of an arcade to find pure relaxation! We were lucky enough to indulge in a couples relaxation package with each having a float tank for 60 mins followed by a relaxation massage for an amazing price! Brad greeted us with a warm smile as we walked in and we were looked after by the lovely team the whole experience. I loved it that much, I even booked in with one of their monthly specials for next weekend. We highly reccomend this day spa in the heart of Mooloolaba.

Combo package was amazing value! I loved the float bath followed by a massage! I was feeling really stressed and so invigorated after! Took a few minutes to relax in the float bath but then I embraced the floating feeling, the calming music, the atmosphere and soaked up the benefits and can truly recommend this if you’re needing some TLC! Everyone who works there are so welcoming and have created a luxurious top end spa without the expensive costs you’d think you’d pay for what you get !!!
The best place on the coast for a massage and float. So many beauty treatments to choose from and loads of other products to purchase and take home. Highly recommend to anyone, will be back soon
My facial and body wrap had me glowing and feeling so relaxed. The float was fantastic too as it eased my back pain! Highly recommend.

Wow! What an amazing experience! I spent a wonderful day at Zen Den Day Spa. Brad & Bec were incredibly welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed the float & massage. There is so much on offer there for a relaxing day out. Haven't seen a day spa like this on the Sunshine Coast before, would highly recommend to anyone needing to relax & unwind. I'd like to go back there for a girls day out. Thanks again Brad & Bec.
Amazing spa sanctuary This place has everything you need to relax. From Floatation therapy tanks, massage rooms, saunas, crystal heat mats to vegan body scrubs & more!! I've never seen anything like his place before on the sunny coast. Highly recommended to anyone who needs to refresh and revive. They have amazing packages at prices so affordable like no other. This place is a must visit if you are in mooloolaba.
The Zen Den is an amazing place, as soon as you walk in you feel at peace. Brad and Bec have created an amazing place to relax and reconnect. On arrival we were greeted and services were explained. We had a couples massage, Infra-Red Sauna and Float tank experience. The location is clean and well maintained. It genuinely feels like you have escaped from the world. If seeking a massage ask for Ti'anna who will work wonders and attend to problem areas. The services they offer cater for everyones needs. The Zen Den is highly recommend to get back to whats important, if you need pampering or reconnection with yourself and to ease the everyday grind. Located on the Mooloolaba Beach strip.
