I had a great all round experience buying a SUP board and a surfboard at this location. The guys who work there are very knowledgeable and curious about your board needs and preferences. I highly recommend visiting this them. They definitely provide the best after-sale service too. I give them 5 stars.

The 2 guys over there were pretty much friendly. The point was that I rent a surfboard for 1 day, and at the first wave the board breaks without even hitting anything. And then I had to pay the break. Be really careful at the quality of the board. It's probably something that they alredy fixed but not properly

I have purchased a quiver of Surfboards from the Surfboard Warehouse in the last few years. I started with my first epoxy board, the Eco Bean #1. I purchased it from the Mooloolaba store, and was immediately amazed of its buoyancy and ease of catching waves. I have recently turned 60, so most of my peers chose the long board route years ago. I love that I still surf short boards, and I feel completely at ease in the water due to the volume ratio of all my boards. Since the Eco Bean I have added 2 fishes, both PU construction, my 5’8” AQSS Neptune’s Daughter, and my 5’10” Amazing Grace. The quality of both of these boards is outstanding. They are both wave catching machines. I particularly love the Neptune’s Daughter. It has the feeling of a G&S fish that I had in the late 70’s, shaped by Gordon Merchant. It’s my go to board for most average days on the Sunshine Coast. My most recent board is another epoxy, the Vanquish. This board is so fast and responsive. It’s an absolute weapon when there is a decent swell and clean conditions. It can get a little lost in bumpy lumpy conditions cause like most epoxy’s, they sit a little bit higher in the wave. I strongly recommend any surfer to give The Surfboard Warehouse a go when looking for your next board. The staff at the stores I have dealt with, Mooloolaba and Noosa, have always been helpful and professional. They go out of their way to make sure you get the size and type of board you are after. Their after sales service is also excellent. I really can’t understand how they can sell such great quality boards at such low prices. I have purchased all my boards whilst they were having sales, which has made it even sweeter. Thanks guys..... can’t wait to see what you have in store for us this winter. Rob PICKERSGILL.

Went in first thing this morning to buy a SUP that I’d been checking out for weeks. Flat, perfect water conditions, and wanted to literally carry it out the door, across the road into the water for a fun day. Started to tie my dog up out the front, for what would have been a one minute transaction, for a rude MF shop assistant to tell me that I couldn’t put my dog there (at the furthest point away from the shop) because he needed to put boards there (really disrespectfully) when he had only taken one board out.. Ok, thanks mate, I’ll go to Beach Beat down the road. You actually lost the easiest sale ever. Weird. Bad vibes.
