I'm so glad Real Support Choices was recommended to me as it's such an easy to use software tool. Not only can I schedule my own carers rosters and easily notify and pay them, all the tax and superannuation payments are taken care of within the system. It's also easy to track my funding. Very happy with the service.

Before Real Support Choices was shown to me, I could understand how participants would become overwhelmed with how they were going to look after their own care on a self-managed plan. But Real Support Choices software is so easy to use and will make it so simple for participants to manage and roster their own carers. In just a few clicks they can organise all their carers shifts in advance, and easily notify them that their roster is ready. All they will need is a few minutes once a week to quickly and easily pay all their carers in one go. Real Support Choices software will free up so much of their time. It is software that everyone is going to want to use.

Real Support Choices has been a fantastic solution as the tool has saved me so much time and a great deal of money. At the click of a button you are able to schedule your own carers shifts and organise your whole entire week in advance. Being a high level Quadriplegic these days I require as much assistance as possible for my in-home care - one of these areas is technology. After using many difficult to use Care Support Agency paperwork, I was fortunate enough to be introduced to RSC (Real Support Choices) by a former Federal Disability Minister.
