The owners and staff from PP Mooloolaba are amazing. They eased my concerns when I first started as I get heat stress easily. They make you feel comfortable and remind you at every class to only go to your own limits. I feel amazing in the mind, body and soul after every class. I feel lucky to be part of such an amazing little tribe of beautiful people.
Most wonderful instructors. You always feel welcome and supported by the staff and the Mooloolaba family. Cannot get enough of PPHYMooloolaba :)

After one class (Hot Yolates with Jaimi) it’s given me the inspiration/motivation I’ve been searching for since I had my little boy 18 months ago. The atmosphere was perfect, laid back, friendly and no judgement. Jaimi was very welcoming and I thoroughly enjoyed her class. Can’t wait to try all the other classes they have to offer. I’d highly recommend coming along and joining Peak Physique Hot Yoga Mooloolaba. Well done guys, it’s amazing
