My husband and I are in the position of being able to see Susan at work from both sides of the fence. We are currently trying out a new beach apartment lifestyle change by renting first, without having to make the major decision of actually selling our existing home. We were so impressed with not just Susan’s professionalism but also her empathy and help whilst going through the initial rental process that it was a no brainer when we decided to rent out our own family home. We have had a number of rental investment properties in the past, using other rental managers, so we thought we had a pretty good understanding of the process. We could not have been more wrong. Susan extensively researched property data in our area to accurately determine the rental value of our property, arranged photographs and marketing - and then found the perfect family at her first open inspection. We were kept informed regularly and at every step. We also needed to complete some maintenance issues and Susan also arranged everything for us. Nothing was too much trouble and Susan’s trade contacts meant that all work carried out was professional, fast and cost effective. I cannot stress how easy both processes were. Susan’s professionalism and personal attention ensured we didn’t feel like just another number on a rent roll. We would not hesitate to recommend Susan and PPM for anyone looking for a real estate manager who cares about their clients and their property.
