Went at lunchtime on a very hot day, waited in drive through car after car till my turn longing for a frozen drink. But all I get is sorry machine on d frost at 12.30pm when everyone wants a icey drink,this is not the first time or even the 10th time.Am sick to death of this McDonald's Don't waste your time!!!!!
Will never eat at macdonald again ever. They have gone from a family friendly restaurant to "sorry sir you need to look at a machine and make a order now" there is no customer service now. The only interaction you get with a human is when they call your number out. Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting.
He mentioned something interesting... McDonalds is pursuing new research. He claims that what they're doing in Mooloolaba is the missing piece, a weapon... to surpass metal gear....
Only staff members smiling were the ones leaving for the night. Place very dirty. Food typical Maccas in taste but zero care given for presentation.
Tamara & McDonalds Mooloolaba Junction is simply delight. Great customer service & she can provide excellent advice to an indecisive customers. Will return to this venue because of the great service received from tamara. Such a treat on a Saturday evening fast food run.
Just waited in drive thru for over 20 minutes and there were only 3 cars in front of us. If we could have left we would have but cars were behind us. I asked why and they said they only serve from one window at night (11.30pm Saturday) for safety reasons and they claimed they were very busy. Then they didn't have the frozen drink we wanted anyway even though every other Maccas on the Sunshine Coast does. As we drove out there were only 2 people in the store! Worst service ever!
Staff were friendly and efficient. Food was hot and to standard. Internal of restaurant is aging and small
