An honest sale without the BS From the moment we stepped into this place and we met Craig, I knew this was going to be our home. Our purchase was very complicated with a lot of moving parts partly due to the nature of the sale and our physical location interstate and during all of it there was Craig & Lucy for support and assistance when we needed it. Excellent communication and result. Alan provided market info at our initial meet and greet to assist with price setting and was open in his communication of the property's potential. He also provided helpful tips on presentation and did a couple of showings prior to listing to prospective purchasers in his client base. Ultimately the property sold in just over a month at a price that I was very satisfied with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alan
