We have had some very bad experiences with the calibre of tenants that Grant manages for the unit above us. Excessive drinking rowdy people loud music and drugs. I suggest you include some strict criteria before using his short term Airbnb service.

As much as Grant is the original Director of Leading Reality, I would have to say it was a Team Effort from the three partners involved from the Company, Grant, Lee vand Justin all were onboard from the outset after I had a negative auction experience from another agent over 5 weeks and wasting 5,000 with them. After the initial meeting with Grant & Lee, my lovely Buderim property was listed a week later on the usual websites. Leading Realty has some of the nicest most caring employees I have ever come across. They helped me find a place to live when I needed it. The office manager was so caring and I loved her enthusiasm about her work. It was just so nice to see the employees actually caring about their clients and the properties they are presenting.
