Went in good Friday. They had signs up everywhere complaining that they have to pay penalty rates so extra 15 percent. 1 they chose to open 2 took 30 minutes for 1 coffee 3 staffed by kids so wages really not that high. I walked away after 30 minutes without my coffee. Drove to maccas paid normal price coffee in 2 minutes. Disgusting service

I though that The Coffee Club was the worst coffee but You guys are on the top of the list. I am still trying to taste the coffee in mine. 12 for 2 horrible coffees, never again
Every time we have been in, it’s been young staff with their feet up on their phones. There is no level of management, accountability, customer service or pride in their work or brand. Orders were wrong or only half made, this has been the case on every occasion we’ve visited and we’ll no longer be back. Get better staff.
Service was slow and they did not seem overly busy. Coffee was fine. There is a good menu to select from. Try the toasted sandwiches.

We would like to commended and thank the young lady working last night. There was a incident out the front of the shop and this young lady was very concerned about our safety and protection so welcomed us to stay in the shop even though it was closing time. Thank you and I hope you and your younger colleague is OK today. You should be very proud of who you are. Coffee was fantastic as well.
Compared to other Gloria jeans, it's very basic. Drinking glasses on counter need to be cleaned daily, when wiping down surfaces its best too do it with a clean cloth, and not leave smears all over the glass. Coffee good though.
A few juniors messing up all orders, took us 35 minutes to get our toastie and coffee and one of the worst ones I ever had!! Nothing similar to other GJ experiences I’ve had so far!
