Recently had a 5 night stay at the Coco. It was fantastic! Very friendly staff during check in. Parking is great and easily accessible - plenty of room. The Apartment was very modern and functional. It was lovely and clean upon arrival, I also enjoyed having the cleaning cupboard so I was able to sweep up any sand etc.. Our apartment had a washing machine which was very handy during our longer stay. Great price - I would definitely recommend this accomodation. We did try using the DVD player but it wouldn’t play any of the movies we got. It was a little old and needs a new player. We will be choosing Coco Mooloolaba if we return to the Sunshine Coast!

We (a couple) stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment over Christmas / New Year. The location was great - close to the beach and Coles, as well as a great coffee shop! The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very spacious, but the only downside was the size of the bed. It seemed odd that such a large apartment would have such a small bed (for a couple). There was definitely plenty of room for a bigger bed. For this reason, I would not return to this hotel / apartment which is a shame as everything else was great! I do love my sleep!
Great place. So close to the beach and cafe strip. (And Coles!) Everything you need is in walking distance. WiFi is super quick too.
Lovely, clean place, fully equipped for self catering close to the beach/amenities. Happy to recommend the place. The only small nitpick I had was the curtain in the main room was not fully opaque which was fine during the day but at night when the lights are on people could potentially see through from flats overlooking etc which is something that's a personal bugbear of mine.
Customer service was excellent! Apartment cleanliness, excellent, and the rooms were very lovely and spacious. Thank you for an amazing stay!!
Fantastic location, clean 2 bedroom apartment, great ocean views and space with everything we needed. Walking distance to the beach, cafes and a clean pool/spa was brilliant with kids. Good facilities (Bbq, carpark), reasonably priced, helpful staff. Thanks Amanda & Chris!
Save yourself and DO NOT book here!!! There are many other better hotels in Mooloolaba who actually care about their customers and don’t just take your money and not provide a room!!!! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! Would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! The owners Chris and Amanda do not know how to run a hotel! Amanda is beyond rude and couldn’t care less about her returning customers! Most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had with a hotel! And I’ve stayed at many hotels all over the world! I have NEVER met a hotel owner/ receptionist as ill-mannered and arrogant as her!!!!! This is no way of treating any of your customers especially returning guests!!!! Do yourself a favour and avoid staying here!
Have been meaning to post this for a little while but I didn't usually give such bad reviews GO ELSEWHERE! NOT WORTH SPENDING YOUR MONEY!!! THERE ARE SO MANY LOVELY PLACES YOU CAN STAY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVEN IF IT WAS THE LAST HOTEL AVAILABLE!
