Do not use useless you want to ripped off. Fence quote was 3150 and this is what we got along with them damaging parts of our block and also leaving the old materials on my neighbours property. Wouldn't even take the time to come back and look at the issues I had brought up.

I am a tenant of a rental property that was damaged during the flooding of ex TC Debbie in March 2017. Ben Campbell Building Group was awarded the contract through insurance to carry out repairs on the property, we moved out for 3.5 months in late January until May 2018, while the repairs were being carried out. Ben Campbell Building Group then sub contracted out the job to various unknown local tradesmen. We were allowed to store our belongings in the locked garage of the property while we were gone. During the repairs several items of our personal possessions were stolen from the garage. Please note that I am not accusing Ben Campbell Building Group or any of its direct employees of theft or any other illegal activity. I have tried contacting BCBG on numerous occasions by email and telephone only to be ignored. When I was finally put in touch with the supervisor of this particular job I was told the items would be replaced, an email was supplied by me outlining the items missing. Again, since that date I have had no response. I feel BCBG has failed in its duty of care to reasonably secure the property during the repair period and/or subcontract reputable tradesmen. Since the keys to the property were used to gain entry our own insurance will not cover the theft. I have no way of proving who stole the items. Be careful of who you let into your property and be aware who you may be hiring to do a job may not be the person actually carrying out the job. I still await a resolve to this issue.
