Could not find anything Australian made. Very sad. Everything is Made In China.

The Sunshine Coast isn't known for souvenir shops other than the airport. This shop is the closest we could find.

My experience at this store was very unpleasant. I felt very uncomfortable, intimidated, and definitely unwelcome. I was looking at keychains to buy when a middle aged lady with a longish ponytail pushed past me. I didn't really care at the time, but I noticed that she seemed to be following me around the store. I got a very negative vibe from her and then realized she was a worker, but not the one working at the cashier. She would eye me in a way that made me feel like she expected me to steal or take something. I almost felt like leaving, but this was the only gift shop I could find. I was just minding my own business trying to find souvenirs for my family, but the worker made me feel very uncomfortable. If you want to keep a close eye on customers, I would highly recommend to install some more security cameras in the store instead of scaring all your customers away with a worker that looks like a sheriff or a cop.

Staff are very polite and patient. They offer advice to any one who asks and always seem happy to be of help. Only down side is the shop is very crowded and difficult to navigate with push chairs or wheel chairs but the genuine good nature of staff make it a pleasure to be there.

Love this souvenir shop. I studied in stralya and bought most of my souvenirs for family/friends here. Alot of the products can be found in other souvenir shops or the zoo for that matter but I found the prices to be slightly better priced here. Plus the women working the counter the 3 times I stopped in were always lovely. The products were obviously great as well. I got shirts, magnets, coozies/stubby holders, shot glasses, wine corks, ornaments, towels, a diffuser, sunnies, hats, stickers/decals --\u003e the selection is huge!
