The monument is very striking in size but there is no obvious information around the site to explain it's history. They are replanting gardens around the area so in the next few years it should look very nice.

It was very quiet when we were here, we just climbed the monument and took a couple of photos, there is a souvenir shop there too.

Big place, beautiful and imponent! Hard to find by walking, better take the sigh city tour bus, so you can pass by many other places around!
