Have used them twice in 3 years for two different houses. Disappointing that the carpet fitters make quite a mess and DO NOT tidy up afterwards. I phoned to complain that they could Hoover up when they finish but was told it would add ‘time’ to their job and they expected the owner or tenant to do that . Poor customer service, will not be using them again.
