Did not receive the product within promised and confirmed delivery time, 3-5 working days. Contacted the shop after two weeks and the shop promised to look into the case and get back to me. This never happened. Week after this contacted the shop again and the shop promised again to look into the case and get back to me. Again, this never happened. After waiting three weeks, received the product. Because of poor customer service, I do not recommend this shop. Update Aug. 11,2020: To keep it simple for You, if You could read the review carefully through, you would understand the problem, act accordingly and also honor the customer rights. Concerning the PayPal, in this case PayPal was contacted already two weeks ago (from which PayPal did inform you), as you did not left any other option to solve the problem, because of your poor and unprofessional customer service. As everyone can understand, this is normal way to proceed, when the shop does not honor confirmed terms and conditions and this way keep their promises. Now, after two weeks, you reply to it. WARNING FOR EVERYONE! As you can see, this shop will publish customer’s detailed information WITHOUT CUSTOMER’S ACCEPTANCE!
I ordered a Burton suitcase on sale with 48 hour delivery, thinking that surely if I order it 1.5 weeks prior to my travel date, it will arrive in time. Wrong. 2 day delivery has now turned into a full week of waiting for it to arrive. I emailed asking about it's whereabouts and got sent a generic email with the tracking. I know where it is thanks, I can see that, but what about your 48 hour guarantee? It clearly means nothing. A word of advice to buyers, don't order anything if you are in a a time crunch, make sure you have all the time to spare to wait around for them to deliver your purchase.
Ordered Monday a pair of Burton Ruler and Wednesday the DHL courier was at my door in Romania with the boots . 3 days from France to Romania ...I was amazed . Perfect Glisse Proshop !

Excellente expérience, un service après-vente comme on en voit peu désormais. Ma commande n'était plus en stock, Glisse Proshop s'est démené pour me trouver une planche similaire et la communication par mail était vraiment facile et efficace. Je suis ravie de cet achat sur ce site.
