My daughters (7, 11 yrs old) and I had a private cooking course with Chef Alessandro in August, and It was truly a great and pleasure experience! He is patient and knowledgeable, and most important is, he is willing to give all he knows to teach us. We learn 4 course menu from him, and he teaches us step by step and shows us all the details and techniques from preparation to presentation. We’ve been taking a few cooking courses in Italy from the past years, and without doubt his course is one of the best! Thank you for such a wonderful afternoon, we would highly recommend Alessandro to those who want to learn authentic and traditional Italian and especially Tuscan cuisine. You won’t regret!

Chef Alessandro came to make us a private meal for a birthday celebration in August. We had a delicious four course meal which was so memorable and tasty. Alessandro was super helpful and friendly throughout - he was even able to make some adjustments to the menu for a guest who had some dietary requirements. We would highly recommend Alessandro and Tuscan Chef if you want to have a really special, delicious meal! Thank you!

We had an excellent time with Alessandro last week and it's underrated so far how great he is with kids. We booked a private cooking session just for the four of us (2 parents, kid 1: 7yrs, kid 2: 9 yrs) and enjoyed a wonderful evening. My son told his teacher on his first school day this year that the activity he loved most during vacation has been: Cooking!! Both kids are pretty picky eaters but it's a totally different story when they prepare their own food under supervision of a professional chef! Emma even tried Pecorino cheese and she liked it! Apart from co-parenting qualities of Alessandro: We had great fun, a lot of learning and simple a wonderful dinner. We will definitely come back!

My husband and I spent an afternoon in Montisi first learning more about the process of making olive oil from a local oil farmer. Alessandro then customised a class for us based on cooking with the same olive oil. It was fascinating ,and we truly enjoyed our time with him. The time (and the wine) flew by and we left feeling like we had not only gained knowledge, and improved our pasta making skills, but also that we had made a new friend. I highly recommend this experience!

We had a perfect afternoon learning to make Tuscan typical plates like homemade tagliatelle al ragu and the ubiquitous tiramisu! Alessandro was a patient teacher and great host as we cooked and drank prosseco and local wine throughout making the workshop fun and not too formal. His workshop is also beautiful and located in Montisi which very quickly became our favourite Tuscan town.
