This bunch of lackeys are just on the clock no job! The scale does not apply to them, no minus zero. In the past year I have made hundreds of calls' maybe with 2 or 3 being answered.

This place is horrible on getting people to answer the phone. They're being paid for nothing!!! I have call literally 15 times around 9:00 this morning and only spoke with someone 3 times. And all they did was transferred me to someone else's voicemail. Pitiful service!! At 9:00 in the morning, the start of a work day, I still have unanswered questions...
Noone will call me back concerning victims notification of parole
I recently went before the board for a Pardon there was some issues with fines I thought had long been resolved, but I was mistaken. Instead of just denying my Pardon they gave me additional days and an opportunity to come back before them at which time I was granted a Full Pardon. Thank you Board of Pardons and Parole for all your help and understanding, May God continue to give you strength and wisdom. You are certainly an asset to the State of Alabama
Well you call and like it says just one more number no one answered your question but other wise it's ok just doing their jobs.
Theresa was amazing in explaining how parole works and she was very kind
