Probably the worst communication I have ever had. After 7 days of negotiations (with no reduction on the price, but they kept on piling up expenses on top of it), explicitly statements that I live abroad and I will make arrangements to come on-site to see the car in-person, so that after I buy the car I wish to drive it by myself to my home country, even requested winter tires for the long snowy road back home – for which I was given a price…suddenly I was told by Mr. Nicola Caputo (та еба у капута) that I needed a transporter because I cannot drive the car myself (but not stating the reason for it or what the problem was), still didn’t know I live abroad in another country - after I stated that on 3 different occasion (even in the last e-mail asked me in what part of Italy I live in), at the end offered to make me cardboard plates (which is a criminal offence for which I will lose my license). Basically, he didn’t read anything else in all the emails but only the parts that were about prices. Totally and utterly unprofessional! At the end I had a feeling that I was talking to a fraud. Just wasted a week of my time, some of my nerves and a couple of hundred euros on tickets and reservations. The only thing I am happy about is that I didn’t make the trip to Siena to get even more disappointed, frustrated, or even incarcerated. Would not recommend to any one!
