I am always afraid of depth. Because of this fear, I only started swimming at the age of 15. Now I am 33 and still afraid to swim deep. This place will help overcome fear. I will surely face my fears someday. In addition, you can get a good workout for all muscle groups and lungs.

Amazing place but very chaotic for Freediving on the long line. They need to organize it better. Too many divers, barely a chance to go deep with so many people. We felt like we were annoying other freedivers by having to ask them if we can take a turn on the line. For that price we expected a better experience. It would be good to form groups of 4 with maybe 20 minutes each group and have a rotation on the 3 deep lines...

Y-40 is dream location for divers. The conformity of the pool, the design of the tunnels and the thermal got spring water make it a perfect retreat for cold days and an intriguing experience for novice and expert divers as well. All instructors are well prepared to take in the water even the youngest one letting them discovery on a fearless way the beauty of weightless floating in a controlled environment. Definitely a great place to learn, experience and perfectionate the use of your equipment, be it digital or analog tools. Excellent also for free diving!
