Super nice products to mediocre customer service. I got one of the DIY systems for my dad and part of the package was missing. (Controller Encoder) I've called multiple times but never got a response. They were better at answering direct emails rather than calls. They are sending a new encoder However the build of the cabinet was amazing and my dad loves it.

Finally, a great arcade in Oviedo! They have all the games including the classics! Great atmosphere and friendly owners and staff. Come get your Donkey Kong on!
Poor customer service. Never received a response to multiple emails and got hung up on when calling them.
Amazing arcade, had all the good fighters and classic games and even pinball.
