Rude and Lazy.. so we knew the mall closed at 6 pm while on the way we tried to call in our order and the guy said we don’t do that and hung up the phone.. wow.. so we get to the mall at 4:50 pm and my son goes in and calls me and says Dad the guys said he isn’t making anything else.. Smdh it only takes 15 min for pretzel dogs.. this is the 2nd time this has happened.. Seems to me ppl wanna ride the clock for an hr or more. Wish we had another Auntie Anne’s or better yet a Wetzels

Love this place! The food is always great quality, and the service is wonderful! Bonnie, the short lady, is very sweet and tries to help you any way she can! The line can get long, but the food is worth the wait!!

POS system ALWAYS broken, basically establishment only takes cash, and ATM fees cost more than pretzel. Very disappointing.

The only reason they get a 3 instead of a 5 is because they stopped selling the jalapeño pretzel. That was just wrong Auntie Anne's

After reading these reviews I completely disagree! I loved Auntie Anne's in Pecanland Mall! Sure the wait time can be long! But let's not exaggerate the wait time guys remember pretzels take time! This isn't a frozen pretzel these are soft handmade pretzels the cook in a real oven! The cashiers are very nice and are always eager to help. They do the best they can with the space they are given. If you have been there on a Saturday you will see that they work hard to make customers happy and they are consistently giving free product and coupons. As for the pay in advanced issue....what other food place in the mall let's you walk off and come back when your ready without paying. I mean honestly cut them some slack. The pretzels are soft warm and amazing an they never disappoint.

I like Auntie Anne's in general so I am disappointed that I can't give a more positive review. I was told to check back in 40 minutes for the mini dog bites I wanted. I came back 40 minutes later and asked the same employee about the dog bites and she said they didn't have any--as if our previous conversation hadn't happened. I hope the customer service is better next time, as the food is good here.

We drive 2 hours for my mom to go to the doctor, and after being at the hospital all day, I'm starving! Which we finally get a bite to eat and our desert is Auntie Anne's! So we always buy 4 pretzels salted, eat one on the way home, save the other one for the next day. Which are great heated up! Well I get home tonight after my two hour drive only to open the bag and have 2 literally "burnt" pretzels! I don't think the girls working tonight would have sold them to their own mom. 15 WASTED!!! I will "NOT" be back so disappointed!!! Just sucks to spend 15 on 4 pretzels and extra cheese for NOTHING!!! My dog wouldn't even eat them, seriously!!
