After searching for a vehicle online, the prefect one was located at Allen Chevrolet Cadillac in Monroe, Michigan. I walked through the doors and was greeted by many hellos. J. Mike Johnson offered to help me. Very nice, down- to- earth guy. He was personable and I did not feel any pressure to purchase the vehicle I had gone to see, but that is in fact what I had done. The purchase process was easy. I was given the option to choose who I wanted to finance through. As with any vehicle purchase, it took a little time to get everything compiled to finish. Once ready, the purchase completion was quick and easy. Although the vehicle was in perfect condition, Mike had a quick prep was done. Shined up and ready to go. So happy with my purchase and with the staff that helped make it happen. I would definitely recommend this dealership and specifically this salesman, Mike Johnson. This was the first time I was not stressed while buying a vehicle.

From shopping to delivery everything went smoothly. They were able to give me a great price on a new Cadillac and get me out of my current lease. The process was much easier than other dealerships I have worked with in the past where I would spend half a day or more waiting in the lobby and/or doing paperwork. Delivery was on my terms and the car meticulously cleaned. Overall a great experience - as an aside, I really love my new XT6 too!
