My husband had his eyes tested today following cataract surgery. He said it was the most thorough examination he'd ever had. I also took my young daughter to look for new frames and nothing was too much trouble for the staff - brilliant service, very friendly and a large selection of frames to choose from. I would highly recommend this store.
I experienced a 5conscientious approach from all members of staff@ Monmouth Specsavers, from 1st entry, where a member of Staff allows entry/ 1@a time, observing SD, to the planned route you take to the waiting area, then Consulting room where my eyetest took place within an advised time-limit. I felt safe throughout. I would highly recommend the Monmouth branch of Specsavers. Thanks to them, I can live an independent life; that's how good they are in my estimation. Big thanks.
Ok but not saving alot compared to anywhere else
I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment after being bombarded with messages and phone to remind me of my appointment and time !!
