never use this surgery. the wil ignore life threatening conditions and any attempt to hold them accountable, they are very dangerous and should never be allowed to practice medicine

Not good this afternoon. First, the answerphone message was wrongly set up. I pressed '2' in order to proceed in English and was immediately asked to leave a message to cancel my appointment. That wasn't why I was phoning, and I couldn't get past the prompt, so I had to phone in again and hope I wouldn't have to explain myself in Welsh! When I got through I was told that they don't contact patients to tell them if blood tests are normal. I think this is totally unacceptable. How are we to know how long to wait before we guess that we are in the clear? Surely they could send a text message at the very least.

Organisation of Flu Jab session at Raglan Surgery on Saturday 3 September was fantastic. No queues, no parking problems in and out in a couple of minutes.

Sorry to say but this is the worst GP I’ve ever been to. I have quite a long medical history and need to use the GP fairly often, I moved into this area and so far they’ve lost/not been able to find notes, denied me blood tests as they said they “can’t go on hearsay” (when I have needed these regularly for the last 10 YEARS), failed to make referrals when they should have, and refused me antibiotics for an infection. The HCA I saw was rude, unfriendly and unprofessional and made comments about my mental health. They’ve actually been a barrier for accessing care and support rather than helpful. Avoid

On three occasions doctors, nurses and reception staff have professionally and friendly bent over backwards to provide a great service. The NHS may be suffering from lack of funds but we should be proud of the NHS staff and the job they do.
