Always have been good from them they were my first phone company and when my credit's good I will go back
Staff were very unhelpful despite the store being basically empty (2 employees were standing around with nothing to do) to me and my mother who is a senior in her 70s when we had issues with her cell for emergencies when travelling. Told us nothing could be done, would not provide a refund, and only reluctantly provided us with the phone number for issues and retention. They basically just wanted us to go away, I presume because there was no commission in it for them. My mother had the phone less than a week. I was very unimpressed, and I'm going to encourage all my friends and family not to use Telus.
I can't make an appointment to buy a new phone. I have to wait out side and they won't transfer my info to the new phone. BUT BELL Will. This is a no brainer I'm going to bell
My husband and I had the pleasure of visiting this store this evening to upgrade our phones. We are both seniors and I have to say that in all my life I have never dealt with such pleasant helpful employees in any setting. We were served by Johnathan Brewer who got us all set up after he spent a lot of time trying to get the best deal for us. He was so pleasant all the time. At the end Jake, who was equally as helpful and pleasant helped us ( along with Johnathan ) change everything over from our old phones to our new ones. I have to say it was a treat to be treated with such respect by such young men. We even had to stay a bit past closing time with not one word from them about the time. At the end and we were leaving we even got a handshake from Johnathan. It just doesn't get any better than this. They both had another customer when we arrived and I must say they were treated just as well. Got what I was looking for. But as all the phone stores and I do not get this seems like all the clients are pilled on top of each other everybody speaks at the same time. Its make for a very chaotic shopping experience. Still got the for but it not a stress free environment. That's why I posted a 4 star rating
Love love loved this place! Staff are amazing and so knowledgeable. This is my 3rd iPhone I have purchased from them. All my family and friends go there too. Only place I will go. Fast and super friendly.
