Absolutely invisible customer service. Great place to go and get a policy if you want to have the experience of calling for a question or help and hear "Ill look into it and call you back shortly" and never get called back. These jokers expect commissions to just fall into their laps, the gal of the entitlement is terrible.

Love these guys, always been good to me, price wise they look right after me unlike the big guys, broker is the way to go for insurance
So far best service I ever had, looking out for their client and they make sure we have the best rates, 5 stars os not enough, I would double or triple the stars

Not surprised when I look through the list to see others complaining about the same lack of service I received. Wish I would have read the reviews first. "I'll look into it and call you back" then never do, is a classic that I had for two years when trying to deal with them
Great service but rates were very extremely for home insurance.
They have not acted on our behalf with any of our numerous policies and have not gone to bat for us against any claims made over the last decade. Abysmal service and brokering. Sears insurance as a broker only provides extra steps to any coverage or claims you're seeking.
Marie-Josee was an absolute pleasure to work with. I spent over an hour on hold with another company, gave up and have these guys a call and was immediately greeted by someone and within 20 min had my new house insurance sorted out, at a great price. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
