My renewal came up recently and I recieved my notification in the mail. My auto insurance was up about 5 a month. No big deal really. Shortly after I got a call from Amy Smith at GoTo Insurance, Moncton. She was calling just to let me know that through some digging and research on her end (which I never requested) that she could potentially help me get a better rate for 2021. Sure enough, she ended up saving me 250 a year. I've literally never had car insurance payments this low in my 15 years driving. The lower rate is awesome but the fact that Amy took it upon herself to provide quality customer attention and service is what I consider to be truly valuable. I'm not sure how insurance agents and brokers salary and pay structures work but I do understand how customer to client relationships SHOULD work. And clearly, so does Amy. Very much appreciated.
