Very happy we chose Bob's Heating and Cooling for our natural gas furnace install. They did exactly what they said they would do at the price quoted. Responsive, friendly and professional. Alan and his crew did an excellent job!

I don't really get this company. They seem to have a huge problem with responding to potential customers. It's almost like they don't want people's business? Or that the person in charge of handling communication and scheduling is forgetful. Their prices are also high. I used them for a gas stove install - was overcharged. I only contacted them again for an hvac because I wanted to compare quotes. I too was told I would be called, and was not. I wasn't even emailed back initially. I found another company that is ULTRA [ ;) ] awesome, who got back to me within 24 hours. Within a week of that I'm set up to get my new unit installed. High prices & awful customer service is the game Bob's seems to have been playing for a while. Odd combination!
I had bad experience with them (on my opinion). My DAIKIN mini split was stopped to work. Bob's Heating technician check the unit and find that Indoor coil leak and I need to replace it. The technician told me that office will contact with me for the estimate. But no body was contact with me, so after couple days I called them by my self to remind them about me. Eventually they email me two option of estimate. 1. Repair the coil. 2. Replace all indoor unit. I found that both prices are very high so I decide to call another DAIKIN Dealer in Moncton. Another Daikin dealer sent me the same both estimates. Both prices for the same work were 500 less each one! Finally my mini split is working and I saved 500.
Requested this business assess my air exchanger. The gentleman said it had to be replaced and quoted a rather high number and said they did not have any in stock but a a salesman would contact me. Several months later, after not calling me back I called another Co who looked at my air exchanger, said he had SEVERAL in stock and was several hundred dollars less. Meanwhile, Bob's finally called me back today asking for payment for initial appointment, saying my invoice "must have fell through the cracks". They took no responsibility for not calling me back, leaving me waiting, and still want their money for their original useless appointment. TO SUM UP, BOB's WAS USELESS BUT I STILL HAVE TO PAY. I will pay as I have integrity. Do not go there. There are several other similar businesses who are reliable and credible in the area. Do not want to advertise, I just want the public to know what happened.
I apologize for previous comment. I had the wrong company. He arrived on time and very knowledgeable about mini-splits and he gave me a quote.
I have had great service from the folks at Bob's Heating over the last few years. Always professional and knowledgeable. Loving the new heat pump. Works way better than the old one. Thanks.
