Inactive alarm went off for about three hours. Called Armstrong's who used to be our Monitoring service years ago. Because we no longer had an active account, they were unwilling to help us figure out how to shut off the alarm. I told them I was willing to pay for their assistance and still they refused to help. I ended up hiring an electrician to disconnect everything.
