We stopped at the Teresinha restaurant during our visit at the Foia mountain. It's a small restaurant directly nearby the road. The food was good and enough for us two. The fish was cooked well and we enjoyed the stayed. The prices are moderate and credit card was accepted. The Terrasse was not cozy bit okay. We enjoyed the stay.

Amazing lunch. The food was fresh and tasted absolutely amazing! I would go back to Portugal just for this restaurant. Everything was perfect, although the wait times were a bit slow. It was cosy and had a very social feel, and not many tourists visited outside of the peak hours so it was quite quiet! 10/10 would recommend!
Great portuguese food, beautiful view over Portimão, Alvor and Lagos and very nice staff.
It must be difficult when a coach load of tourists turn up. I had pork and chips it was not as nice as id have expected here in Portugal. Perhaps, one day i will return and try the menu and think better of this place.
Great restaurant in Monchique - definitely one of the best. Very good food, staff is lovely and amazing mountain views.

Very good resturant had chicken and chips the wine and orange juice was very nice and only 14 euro
Loved the piri piri chicken, came with lovely crispy chips that I just can't seem to find back home in London anymore
