Monarch Properties has been a professional realty business in Hollywood for many years. Barbara Marks is professional, reliable, caring and really knows the real estate market from A to Z. My wife and I chose Barbara to be our realtor in 2015. Barbara researched our area in sales, helped us prepare our home for viewing, and calmed us, because we had issues about down sizing from our home for 37 years. We put our home on the market in June and we closed in October. It was a very pleasant transition and we know it was mainly because of Barbara's expertise.
Owner is nice but... Raises the rent every year by 20-40. Does not do upgrades and you have to beg the repairman to get repairs done.
