I have just arrived home after driving from South Wales to pick up my daughters new car a Truly OUTSTANDING EXAMPLE of a Smart 451 Convertible sold to us from Dan & the team at Monarch Car Sales. Firstly, i have been buying cars for over 30 years from dealers and this is easily the most stress free, painless & positive experience I have had bar none! There was no pressure what so ever. I found them on Autotrader... and the level of communication I received was impossible to beat. I was asking for details of the car, over and over via email and I can honestly say Dan got back to me usually within 10 mins EACH TIME.. when I called there was a happy voice and nothing was too much trouble. WE drove 2 hours to get to them and the business gave an air of quality as soon as we pulled up. The forecourt had great looking products and the Showroom offices were smart, clean and very professional. Monarch sorted out the finance for us via the web and I only had to contact the finance company once!!! When I looked the car over (I have seen quite a few of these Smart Cars in my time....) the level of finish to the detailing and valeting was again, second TO NONE... there was log book, service documents, receipts all there to hand .. and I was not badgered or pestered, cajoled or pressured into any part of the sale.. I had a test drive and the car was perfect as well. This is a great company and deserve a lot of business as they do things the right way. They put the customer first, a lot of companies say they do... but fall at the way side.. Dan, Thank you. my daughter is over the moon. I will recommend you to all of my friends and subscribers :)
