Monarch Billiards, Inc.

We have used Monarch Billiards a number of times over many years to move and recover several pool tables. They are very responsive, courteous, and professional. Their work is excellent. I recommend them without reservation.

You want a pool table? Go to Monarch Billiards and if you can, ask for Sarah. She's wonderful. She made my purchasing of my table so easy and enjoyable I am thinking about getting another for my second home. She and Monarch took care of everything from soup to nuts and even delivery time was fast. To me there is nowhere else to go for your billiards needs than Monarch (and Sarah!).

As you can see the picture I posted below; my girlfriend really like the design of it, so I gifted her and got myself one, too. The owner—John offered me a very good discount. the service, attitude, and their passions are unbeatable. Afterwards, I referred this place to my cousins and they also love their products. Please let this place open forever.

I have been a customer of Monarch since 2013. Over the last 8 years they have taken great care of me. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I've always felt like I got a good deal there. They are not looking to make a few quick dollars by gouging. Instead they focus on good customer service and developing a relationship with their customers. All around, this is a great family run business.

Monarch was absolutely fantastic with helping me get my new pool table. Other places in the area estimated June delivery while Monarch could get me the same table delivered in my home just after 2 weeks! Also not to mention cheaper than the other place. Highly recommended.

Monarch Billiards provided outstanding service when it came to scheduling and repairing a pool table of mine that was left in my new house by the previous homeowners that needed numerous repairs. The workers that came to my house were very respectful, knowledgeable and efficient when it came to recovering the pool table. They told me step by step what they were doing and why it needed to be done. This was the first time I had to use a Billiard Company for their services and from here on out, I will always go with Monarch Billiards. Excellent service and staff.
