Very good in the summer
Sometimes it's just a combination of dumb luck and instinct. Boy, did we get lucky! This place is worth traveling to Provence for, from almost any distance. A lunch 'menu fixe', each element appropriate and in the right proportion. A 'deconstructed' cold veal \salad\, though salad is not the right word, with a gelatin onion broth and several seasonal fresh vegetables and fresh flowers was our opener. Perfect. This was followed by a white fish on a bed of Sardinian grano duro accompanied with baby root vegetables and a fish foam which was pure essence of fish. An outstanding lunch in a beautiful square on a beautiful day. This will be remembered. Reasonably priced.
