I have bought properties through Molica Franklin which they have been managing for years, as a landlord, not only have they always found me good quality tenants, but nothing is too much trouble, always a pleasure to deal with and when things need fixing they have a great team of tradespeople who get things fixed really quickly and at a reasonable rate.
