Northop Hall Pavilion

I was hugely let down by Northop Hall Pavilion and would not recommend it at all. I booked this hall from January 2019 for an ongoing weekly booking and waited till May for availability. I was then told just three weeks before a big open day that I was now being refused the use of the hall in a very rude manner from the chairman of the hall at 8.30pm on a Thursday evening which really upset me. My opinion or point of view on the matter was quickly disregarded-I have worked extremely hard in the last year to get my business where it is and I would never feel the need to poach anyone else’s students. If they felt this was the case the staff at the hall should have made this clear when I booked the hall in January. Through no mistake of my own this has caused me and my business a huge inconvenience, I not only took hours to design leaflets, distribute them across schools and businesses etc, I also spent over 80.00 on them to publicise my classes with “Northop Hall pavilion” being promoted all over them. I then spent money boosting posts on social media, again with the name of the hall all over it giving them publication. I had over 25 people signed up to my classes which I have had to let down, this being hugely inconvenient when I am a small self-employed business. I have now relocated to a much better AND cheaper hall and although this has caused huge amounts of unnecessary work and even more money on new leaflets and Facebook promotions I am glad I don’t have to deal with such rude users and over lookers at the hall.

Went to a 5th birthday party, good size room however the toilets were really dirty and no toilet roll in any of the toilets which many people were complaining about!
