My kettle can serve 6 coffees in one go but Costa took 40 mins to serve 6 people in the queue and I appreciate these are hard times but make your own mind upon that anyway I had promised my son to take him for a treat. So I had a voucher through post showing hot chocolate a coffees served in tall glasses so I decided to persevere however when we got to the till we were met by an abrupt young lady who appeared to be more about personal issues with her management when she start shouting to make herself heard. So we sat down and then the coffee was cold and a standard cup no dressing as advertised the only reason there is 2 stars as a member of staff resolved the cold coffee issue promptly and professionally so guys speed and lack of professionalism plus cold coffee has made this customers journey awful so we'll be going back to drinking our coffee at Rubens ps I never a bad review in my life till know

Well situated on Mold High Street. Staff are always pleasant and the coffee great. As with all Costa, some of the prices are a little high.
Given a free voucher for a drink to sit in and enjoy....it was given in a take out cup....it was a latte.....explain this please costa mold
Excellent. Tables cleaned. Queues controlled. Staff making sure staff tell custs to check in on app etc.
Felt very safe. Well distanced tables. Able to relax
