Pressing to avoid!!!! I gave some curtains to be cleaned for 84 euros and not only they were dirty (you can't imagine) but they were torn ! The head of the shop not only did not apologize, explained that the situation is normal because my curtains are old and of course no possiblity just to get the money back and to have a normal discussion. Unpleasant and dishonest : go elsewhere if you want a normal service and do not waste your money. I really appreciated the answer because firstly it's true that claiming to have clothes clean and not torn is of a high expectation. Secondly, still lying because my wife picked up the curtains, explain it was unaccetable but was enable to get an honest assessement then I called by phone this man who never acknowledged his mistakes...no comment anymore but deeply distressing and intolerable!
