Typical Belgium costumer service. They simply have no idea what it even means. If you are not bothered by the fact that the workers simply do not give a @@ about what you need or if you need to wait 15 minutes to check out because someone forgot something then it's a great place for small supplies like make up, razors, hair and body care as well as baby nappies and wipes.
