This is the best martial arts gym I've ever been to. The owner has more black belts to his name than I thought possible. From strength and conditioning classes with kettle bells to Brazilian Jiu-jitsu for adults and kids. With Kung Fu and Tai Chi thrown in the mix too. This clean and friendly gym is definitely worth a look no matter what your age, experience or martial arts preference. Great location next to walkergate metro and the first class is FREE! Excellent instruction and a great environment to train in. I do Wing Chun but there are many different styles to choose from. Highly recommended if you'd like to learn a true martial art.
