I visited today for the first time with my partner and two children for my daughters 3rd birthday and a visit with Santa. We were made to feel so welcome as soon as we walked through the door the staff were brilliant and very kind. My kids were so excited to see Santa who was very patient and actually managed to get a conversation out of them (their very shy) and not to mention how amazing our deserts looked and tasted ! We are so happy we chose to come here for her birthday it really did make her day all the more special in these uncertain times and we can’t wait to come again

Today we visited for a visit with Santa, what a wonderful experience we had. Santa was very friendly and engaged with my daughter making it feel magical for her. The elves are a credit to them, and made it very entertaining.. Especially the 'naughty' elf. A job well done
Amazing place for ice cream(bigger than we thought) and the staff couldn't do enough for us
Lovely staff, AMAZING food, honestly really good prices! And they do custom orders, perfection :)
Amazing, some times there's a little wait with the demand there but we'll worth the wait
