I'm pleased the restaurant has responded to my comments. I understood that they were busy. My concern is that two walk-in customers were attended to and four phone calls were answered after I entered the restaurant to collect my take-away order. I was ignored for at least five minutes and my food was cold by the time I got home. I have to say even though it was busy there is no excuse to answer phone calls while customers are in the restaurant waiting to pick up their order. As for the 10% discount for collection being removed, I'm not convinced by the restaurant's explanation. The restaurant is still handing out fliers with the discount listed. Surely, it would be good customer service to cross this out to make it clear that no discount is currently available.

I have been going to Moghul's for a long time, but haven't got a takeaway for some time. I went to Moghul's yesterday to collect a takeaway, and it was so good ! Everything tasted amazing. I am vegan and Moghul's has so much choice, and lots of vegetarian options and side dishes, I love their side salad, the dressing is amazing. I can't wait to go back again. Thank you !
Eat here regularly and will always be back. Food here is superb and staff are always friendly and welcoming. Once you try the food here, you wont want to eat anywhere else.
