Outstanding, honest quality We had hated the experience of searching for and trying to buy our first car until we came across Moff Motors. We were so impressed by their friendly honesty that we travelled 140 miles to buy a car from them! Moff were open and transparent in every aspect of our interactions. Unlike other dealerships who made it very difficult to feel confident that you knew what you were buying, Moff were spot on in their knowledge of the models and the individual cars. We had done a lot of research and asked a lot of questions - they were patient, polite and informative at every turn. This was an experience unlike anything else we had encountered in our search - these are genuine people who take pride in their product. They have also worked hard to make distance buying during COVID straightforward. We were sent detailed information about service history, and were also the fortunate first beneficiaries of their excellent video tour service which we highly recommend. All in all, we can't recommend Moff more highly. We would drive halfway across the country to buy from these likeable, knowledgeable people again and recommend that you do the same! P.s. they also offer delivery so you can still make the most of Moff if you can't get to them!
I traded in my Ford Kuga for a newer model here. I was very pleased with the deal and all went very smoothly, drove away with the new one within a couple of hours. Mark was helpful, pleasant and not at all pushy - unlike other salespeople I have dealt with at Ford main dealers in the past. I would heartily recommend Moff and would happily make the journey to Castle Carey again when I am looking to buy in the future.
The Ford Focus advertised was very reasonable in price and millage for its year. It had all the additions that I wanted. The customer phone support was very helpful from Dan and so I travelled 250 mile round trip to see then purchase the car on the same day. Kevin the sales manager was very down to earth. Basically he didnt try the hard sell nor was he pushy in anyway. He just told us how it was and even through in a story here and there. All in all really friendly. I got my agreed sale price when I part ex my car with Moff Motors. When I need a used car again I will be sure to look up Moff Motors first before considering any other dealer.
Have brought a few cars from these guys over the years. Honest, unpressured selling. Well worth a look.
