Satisfied with RNC, for offering good apartments with service and maintenance. They work with local handymen who offer prompt fixes for repairs/problems. Therefore I'm very happy with RNC. Owner Remco is good to reach by phone. Mediation costs are a weak point. However you get good apartments / rooms in the city center and fully serviced when needed.

I had a great experience with the staff. Planned the viewing in a short notice and was very quick and easy to sort out the paperwork. Recommend!!

PLEASE DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS AGENCY. After you've signed the contract they will disappear. They charged us quite a high amount for an appliance that was broken when we moved in. They did not fix it in 4 months after numerous calls and emails, and now they won't give our money back. RNC Wonen is a scam.

Me and my boyfriend rent a room for 650 e per month from this agency and it was with one registration. Firstly the reg was on my name. When we wanted to change the registration to be on my boyfriend's name the man from the agency- REMCO wanted 200 euro payed cash. When we asked why not to pay it by bank transfer he said no i want them cash. We understand something is wrong but we dont know the nederlands laws and institutions and where to signal about this. Finaly we pay it but he didnt come to take it by his own but send one young girl from the agency. These money go into someones own pocket. This is an example how people can steal from you in a polite way. I want to aware everybody not to use this agency because for me its employees are nothing more than robbers who act and take advantage over people who dont know their rights and the nederlands laws. I am verry dissapointed this is hapening in developed country like the Nederlands at 21st century. Also the same house where we lived there were mice everywhere. The same REMCO didn't face the problem.
